God was quietly writing the first chapter.
From a simple conversation after service to getting married, with prayer, counsel, and conviction guiding every step.
A friendship shaped by faith, patience, and answered prayer.
Their story began quietly, grew intentionally, and became a testimony of God's timing.
Our journey began in May 2023, just before a Stewards Apostolic Service one morning. A mutual friend of ours had recently returned from the United States, and I walked over to welcome him back. He happened to be speaking with Brother Femi at the time. I joined their conversation, and before long, the three of us were deep in a discussion about technology. It felt like a simple, everyday encounter, but looking back, God was quietly writing the very first chapter of our love story.
Earlier that year, I had been intentionally praying and confessing God's Word regarding my marriage. During the God of Breakthroughs Convention (GOBC) that same year, Daddy Areogun prayed a special blessing over all the Dream Centre singles. Remarkable as it was, just two weeks after that prayer, Brother Femi asked me to marry him.
